This is more than a traditional HR administration role. You’ll become a trusted support for our regional management teams, helping colleagues across Scotland while playing a key role in shaping the employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through to ongoing development and support.
You’ll join a business where your contribution will be visible, valued, and make a genuine difference every day.
As part of our growing support team, you’ll be involved in a wide range of HR activities including:
- Providing day-to-day HR guidance and support to regional management teams
- Preparing employment contracts and managing contract amendments
- Supporting the onboarding process for new colleagues across the business
- Monitoring absence management processes and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating probation review processes
- Supporting employee relations matters and responding to general HR enquiries
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records
- Assisting with the development and improvement of HR processes as the business continues to evolve
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys building strong working relationships.
Ideally you’ll have:
- Previous experience in an HR, people, or employee support role
- Experience preparing employment contracts and associated documentation
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Confidence learning and working with multiple systems and platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
CIPD qualifications are welcome but practical experience and the right attitude are equally important.
- Be part of a successful Scottish business with ambitious growth plans
- Join a supportive and friendly team environment
- Gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities and responsibilities
- Opportunity to influence and improve processes as the business grows
- Hybrid working opportunities following training and onboarding
- Develop your career within a business that genuinely values its people
If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact, build meaningful relationships, and grow your HR career within a dynamic and expanding organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and help us support the people who make Right Medicine Pharmacy such a success.
