About the Role
Force One UK is seeking a highly experienced Senior Risk Assessment Manager to lead the identification, assessment, and management of organizational risks. This role will play an important part in strengthening risk controls, supporting informed decision-making, and protecting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise and operational risk assessment activities.
- Identify emerging risks and evaluate potential business impact.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish risk assessment frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor risk indicators and prepare management reports.
- Work with departments to strengthen internal controls.
- Lead risk reviews and recommend corrective actions.
- Advise senior leadership on significant risk exposures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in risk management, assessment, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of risk frameworks and controls.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex business information.
- Relevant professional certification is an advantage.
