We are looking for a reliable, motivated and professional individual to join our growing mobile tyre fitting business covering North & West London and surrounding Buckinghamshire areas.
This is more than just a job — it is an opportunity to learn the trade properly, work directly alongside the business owner, and progress within a growing mobile service operation.
You will initially work alongside the owner, learning how to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused mobile tyre fitting service. Full training and support will be provided.
As you develop, you will gradually take on more responsibility with the long-term opportunity to independently operate a fully equipped mobile service van within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile tyre fitting for cars and light commercial vehicles
Delivering excellent customer service at every appointment
Supporting additional services such as tyre care, TPMS and basic maintenance (training provided)
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional vehicle and work environment
Following company procedures, safety standards and operational processes
Representing the HomeTyre brand professionally at all times

Comfortable working independently once trained
Good communication and basic numeracy skills
Good physical ability for a hands-on role
Full UK driving licence required
Previous tyre fitting or motor trade experience is helpful but not essential — we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and mindset.
Pay & Progression
Starting salary: £25,000 basic
Performance-related bonus structure introduced as training progresses
Increased earning potential as skills and responsibilities develop
