In this role, you’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, looking after transactions from instruction through to completion while providing a high standard of service to the firm’s clients.

We’re working with an established law firm in Gillingham that is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join its Residential Property team.
You’ll have responsibility for a broad caseload, with work including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Mortgages and remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Lease extensions
- Equity release
- Other residential property transactions
You’ll have the autonomy to manage your files and build strong relationships with clients, while being part of a supportive team where help and knowledge are readily available.
Our client is open-minded on qualification and will consider Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners / Paralegals who are confident running their own caseload.
