Recruit 4 Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 2-week holiday cover role on an education refurbishment project in Birkenhead, starting Thursday 9th July.
This is an opportunity to join a respected contractor on a live refurbishment project, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily running of the site
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance and adherence to RAMS
- Delivering site inductions and toolbox talks where required
- Monitoring programme, quality and site standards
- Liaising with the Contracts Manager and reporting on progress
- Maintaining a safe, organised and productive working environment
Essential Requirements
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
- Ability to take control of a live site from day one
