This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and thrives in a busy, premium environment.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in ensuring every customer feels welcomed and looked after from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients as they arrive
- Offering clients complimentary tea, coffee, and refreshments
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable throughout the day
- Maintaining waiting areas and barber stations to a high standard
- Assisting the team with general day-to-day tasks
- Ensuring towels, refreshments, and supplies are fully stocked
- Helping create a warm, professional, and relaxed atmosphere for our clients
- Supporting the team to keep the shop running smoothly

Ideal Candidate
This role would particularly suit a school leaver, college student, or someone looking to gain valuable experience in a premium customer service environment. No previous experience is necessary — full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Applicants should be available to work Fridays and Saturdays, with flexibility to work occasional Sundays as required.
