Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt and friendly service
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Assist with food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods or special events
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Support catering and banquet functions by setting up bars, serving drinks, and clearing tables as required
Skills
- Proven experience in fine dining or food industry environments with a focus on customer service
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, serving techniques, and food handling safety standards
- Previous banquet or catering experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours
- Hospitality background with familiarity in food preparation and food service operations
- Barista experience or knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of dietary considerations and food safety protocols
- Energetic attitude with a passion for creating welcoming atmospheres in hospitality settings
