Full-Time Front of House Staff Wanted – Small Italian Restaurant in Richmond
We are a friendly, family-run Italian restaurant in Richmond looking for 2 full-time Front of House team members to join our team.
Trial Period
All successful applicants will complete a one-week paid trial period. Following a successful trial, a full-time permanent position will be offered.
Position 1 – Evening Service
Tuesday to Sunday (Restaurant closed on Mondays)
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Keeping the restaurant clean and organised
Position 2 – Breakfast & Lunch Service
Breakfast every morning (Tuesday–Sunday) and Lunch service Thursday–Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Preparing barista-style coffees
- Making cocktails and other drinks
- Taking customer orders
- Serving food and drinks
- Providing excellent customer service
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous restaurant or hospitality experience
- Is confident dealing with customers
- Has barista experience (essential for the breakfast/lunch role)
- Can make cocktails (preferred)
- Is reliable, friendly and hardworking
- Speaks good English
- Lives in Richmond or nearby areas (preferred).
