The Role
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will be at the heart of day-to-day operations. You will support the sales, procurement, and operations teams, learning how a global supply chain operates from the ground up. This is a highly varied role where you will develop a wide range of transferable administrative and customer-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Enquiry Support: Assist the sales team by processing initial customer enquiries, setting up client briefs, and using digital systems to log quotes and client interactions.
- Supplier & Sourcing Administration: Help coordinate with global suppliers, track order progress, and ensure timely updates on delivery timelines.
- Compliance & Sustainability Tracking: Support the tracking of product certifications, safety compliance reports, and sustainability credentials (e.g., eco-labeling data and ethical supply chain audits).
- E-Commerce & Digital Maintenance: Assist in managing client web-shops, updating product descriptions, and ensuring stock accuracy across internal digital platforms.
- General Office Support: Assist with answering phone calls, greeting occasional visitors, managing the communal inbox, and keeping internal filing systems organized and digital-first.
- Team Initiatives: Participate in and support internal community efforts, including team volunteering days and celebrating a multicultural events calendar.

- Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong organizational skills.
