PAB is seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a varied role requiring a practical individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. You will be responsible for general site upkeep, supporting improvement projects, and carrying out maintenance tasks across both facilities and equipment.

- Conduct routine waste management tasks, including emptying scrap bins on scheduled morning and afternoon rounds
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the shop floor, including emptying section bins and keeping work areas clean and organised
- Support site refurbishments and continuous improvement projects as required
- Carry out painting and general upkeep of the shop floor and building infrastructure
- Undertake property maintenance and repair tasks, both internally and externally
- Inspect, clear, and replace guttering systems where necessary to ensure proper drainage
- Safely move press tooling between production areas
- Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs
- Identify and report electrical faults, ensuring timely resolution to minimise downtime
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
- Travel to the company’s secondary site on a weekly basis to carry out scheduled maintenance tasks
