Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new commercial partnerships aligned with organisational goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing insights into market dynamics and partnership opportunities.
- Monitor the performance of existing partnerships and identify areas for growth or improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management within a relevant industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, especially Salesforce; experience with other CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport at all organisational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
