Overview
We are seeking dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and supporting daily activities
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely in accordance with established protocols
- Assist in the assessment and planning of individualised patient care programmes
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient treatment
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and organisational standards
- Support patients’ emotional well-being through empathetic communication and reassurance
- Adhere strictly to infection control procedures and health & safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent body
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting
- Must have at least 6 months NHS experience from the UK
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Competence in medication administration, including understanding dosages and potential side effects
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate patient support
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including days, evenings, or weekends if necessary
