Hiring part-time for Friday to Sunday/Saturday to Monday
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products to customers and promote special offers
- Answer phone calls and take messages with proper phone etiquette
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Taking of passport photo's, training given
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy shop environment
- Ability to upsell products and promote special offers to customers
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of computers and general tech
- Proficiency with photo editing software (mainly photoshop)
- A level of understanding with film cameras and film photography
