We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate stylist to provide a variety of hair services at our hair salon. The ideal candidate will need to deliver an outstanding service for each and every client, to build a loyal customer base and encourage customer retention and repeat visits.
Reliable and self-motivated individuals with a passion for the hair industry will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Qualified to NVQ level 2 with salon experience.
- Be confident in all aspects of hairdressing and provide treatments to the highest standard.
- Undertake a variety of training to provide new services and to refresh existing skills.
- Create a professional but calm and relaxing environment.
- Ensure the salon and work area adhere to hygiene standards.
- Follow stock control procedures and assist Salon Manager when required.
- Assist junior staff members with their skills as necessary.
- Ensure the client’s salon journey is a wonderful experience.
- Recommend and sell hair products to your clients based on their needs.
- Carry out further tasks that are requested by your superior.
