EXPERIENCED LEGAL SECRETARY OR LOOKING FOR YOUR WAY INTO LAW?
Whether you’ve spent years building a career as a Legal Secretary or you’re looking for the opportunity to get your foot in the door, this could be worth a conversation.
Christopher Brian is working with a well-established law firm in Bournemouth looking for a Legal Secretary to join its friendly and supportive team.
For an experienced Legal Secretary, this is an opportunity to join a firm where your knowledge, organisation and contribution will be genuinely valued.
If you’re earlier in your career, you’ll have the chance to learn how a law firm operates, build your legal knowledge and develop the skills that can open doors as your career progresses.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting solicitors and fee earners with their day-to-day work
- Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
- Opening and maintaining client files
- Managing diaries, appointments and deadlines
- Speaking with clients and third parties
- Keeping matters organised and helping the team run efficiently
What are they looking for?
Above all, someone organised, reliable and keen to become a valued part of the team.
Previous law firm experience would be welcomed, but don't be put off if you haven't worked in legal before. Strong administration or secretarial experience, a professional approach and a genuine interest in developing within law could make you a great fit.
Why consider it?
- A supportive environment where you can learn and develop
- An opportunity to build valuable legal experience
- A role where experienced Secretaries are recognised for what they bring
- Long-term career development for those who want it
- The chance to become an important part of an established Bournemouth firm
If you’re looking for a firm where you can build a career, not just find another job, apply today or contact Christopher Brian for a confidential conversation.
Even if you don't tick every box, we'd still encourage you to apply. We recruit for legal roles across the South and may have other opportunities that suit your experience.
We’ll always discuss an opportunity with you before sending your details to a firm.
