Kelleher Group Maintenance is an expanding Building, M&E, Gas, and Specialist Works Contractor with a bespoke approach to the planning and execution of our client's wishes. We are focused on health and safety, quality, and the protection of the environment.
We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to complete both planned and reactive maintenance works across London.
You will be attending pre-booked appointments scheduled by our works department which manages your entire diary and daily schedule.
The works will be varied in nature and will require both speed and precision.
Working Hours: · Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm. Contracted Hours: Mon-Fri 7.30 am to 5 pm - Including Travelling Time

Responsibilities:
· Reactive maintenance repairs (Social housing)
· Expected to carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance and plumbing works
· Making safe and achieving first-time fix
· Problem-solving, diagnosis and repair
· All Aspects of Plumbing
· 1st Fix Plumbing
· 2nd Fix Plumbing
· Understanding of all types of plumbing installations in both domestic & commercial settings
· Ability to accurately quote remedial works on a time and material basis
Before applying, please ensure you fulfil the following criteria:
· Time served - Minimum 2 years’ experience
· Phone literate and can use a PDA system to communicate job status, photos, and completion
· Clean UK Driver’s License
· Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience
· Up-to-date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
· NVQ Level Plumbing
