Scheduler is needed to join a well-established asbestos testing provider in the South East with a head office in Cambridgeshire.
The Scheduler role has a high degree of site staff engagement, answering queries, and diary management.
We're looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication, an eye for detail and a good telephone manner to join our team.
Previous experience in an administration or customer service role are essential, as well as being computer literate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and arrange the daily schedules for the southern office technical staff to optimise productivity, which includes organising, adjusting appointments and managing postcode areas.
- Organise the technical site staff diary and jobs for the southern team.
- Collaborate with technical staff to address and resolve any on-site access issues that arise during the workday.
- Monitor and rebook any missed appointments from the previous day with the appropriate client or resident.
- Track KPIs for specific projects to maximise surveyor efficiency and assign relevant works following a no access appointment.
- Liaising with clients and key stakeholders at all levels to ensure high levels of service is always delivered
- General admin duties to include, but not limited to, collating reports, data entry, answering the phone and welcoming visitors.
- Adhoc tasks as required to support admin team and rest of business

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Salary is dependant upon experience.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday 9-5 role based in the office in close proximity to Sevenoaks. A full clean driving licence and access to own transport would be an advantage due to the office location.
Training and support will be provided in every aspect of the role. It is not a requirement to know anything about asbestos before joining the team – everything you need to know will be made available to you as part of an ongoing training and induction programme.
