Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement care plans for residents.
- Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure quality care is provided.
- Administer medication and keep accurate records
Full Time - 40 hrs per week.
Hours will be worked between 8am and 8pm
All shifts are working on a rota Monday to Sunday including weekends & Bank Holidays
Requirements
A* minimum of 1 years experience as Deputy Manager in a Care Home is essential*
- Applicants must have full driving licence and own vehicle - commute to work & oncalls
- Currently have or be working towards Level 5 certificate in Adult Care
- Must have good knowledge of CQC standards and requirements
- Must have good knowledge of relevant Care legislations
