We are currently looking for reliable, hardworking, and friendly Cleaners to join our existing team at The Garage. We operate throughout the year, hosting a wide range of club nights, concerts, comedy shows, wrestling events, and other live entertainment. Our cleaning team plays an important role in making sure the venue is clean, safe, and ready for our customers and staff.
The Role
As a Cleaner at The Garage, you will be responsible for helping maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the venue following our events and during our daily operations.
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning public areas, bars, toilets, and other areas of the venue
- Sweeping, mopping, and general floor cleaning
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the venue
- Reporting any maintenance, damage, or health and safety issues to management
- Following the venue cleaning procedures and health & safety requirements
- Working as part of a team to ensure the venue is ready for the next event
Hours & Contract
- 12-20 hours per week
- 3 month temporary contract
- Typical shifts are 10am - 2pm
- Weekend availability is essential, including Saturday and Sunday
- Additional hours may occasionally be available depending on our event schedule
Our event schedule can vary, so there may be opportunities for additional shifts during particularly busy periods.
