- Utilize IT tools and Microsoft Excel to organize data, perform calculations, and generate comprehensive reports
- Maintain organized records of all valuation activities in accordance with company standards and legal requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals to clarify valuation details and provide expert advice
- Drive to various property sites safely and efficiently to conduct inspections as needed
