The important work you will be doing:
Researching industry topics, market trends and client challenges to identify opportunities for content
Writing and editing content including articles, press releases, case studies, thought leadership pieces, webpages, campaign copy and award submissions
Translating technical information into clear, engaging and commercially focused content
Distributing content across a range of channels and formats including social media, website and email
Supporting PR activity through media relations, press releases and thought leadership content.
Managing and maintaining content plans
Working with subject matter experts across the business to develop content that positions our people as trusted advisors
Proofreading and quality checking content to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
Exploring and adopting AI tools and new technologies to support content creation, research, campaign planning and marketing productivity
Using GA4 and other tools to monitor content performance and using insights to continuously improve future activity
Supporting wider marketing projects and helping colleagues across the team when required
Visiting other offices and attending events when necessary
The skills and experience you will bring:
We're looking for someone who combines writing skills with creativity and a proactive attitude.

Previous experience in a communications, content, marketing or PR role
Excellent written communication, proofreading and editing skills and strong attention to detail
Experience creating content for multiple audiences and channels
The ability to understand and simplify technical or complex information
An understanding of PR and media relations
A working knowledge of SEO best practices and an interest in emerging search disciplines such AEO and GEO
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Confidence communicating and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to team success
Desirable
Experience within professional services, financial services or a B2B environment
