Citi Group Electrical Ltd is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to undertake a variety of tasks relating to the installation, maintenance, modification and service of electrical control systems in numerous industrial fields. the candidate would preferably be a time-served electrician, that comes from an electrical controls background. Working on 3 phase , single phase and low voltage control systems and machinery. They would have to be confident in working independently and be able to use their own initiative, experience and knowledge to overcome a variety of issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis. they would also need to be able to call on their own knowledge to carry out modifications to control systems as and when needed but will also have support from two senior engineers if needed. this position will also require from time to time to work away from home for a short periods.
Duties and experience:
- Proficient in fault finding on Electrical Control Panels
- Good understanding of control circuits, dol starters, star delta starters and variable speed drives.
- Good understanding of PLCs (PLC online diagnosis, modifications and design not vital)
- Good Understanding of safety circuits
- Control panel modification experience
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings
- Must be able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27.00-£30.00 per hour

- Heckmondwike WF16 0PR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
