What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of reservations. With your expert knowledge, you’ll support our clients to maximise sales opportunities and encourage repeat business.
Committed to achieving hotel revenue targets, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service with a flexible, hands-on approach. Working closely with other departments, you’ll go the extra mile to secure bookings and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
· Professional handling of bedroom reservations enquiries from all channels.
- Listening and assisting the client with both hotel and local knowledge to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Accurate and efficient implementation of pricing, posting, invoicing, procedures and hotel communication; supporting operational departments and ensuring the best guest experience.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, responding quickly to opportunities.
- Build client relationships, with professionalism, trust and sincerity.
- Promote new campaigns and IHG initiatives
- Complete RFP’s and proposals in allocated time frame
- Research, Identify and convert on sales leads.
- Participate in promotional events
- Efficient system and diary management to maximise sales opportunities
