Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take full responsibility for a specialist neurological service?
National Care Group is seeking a Registered Manager to lead Primrose Neurological Centre, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions to rebuild independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.
About the Service
Primrose Neurological Centre is a specialist residential neurological service supporting adults following a brain injury or living with a neurological condition. The service is currently rated Good by CQC and supports up to 7 individuals in a structured and rehabilitative environment, providing both transitional and long-term residential support. he service supports adults with acquired brain injuries and a range of neurological conditions, alongside mental health needs and physical disabilities.
Primrose focuses on post-acute rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on promoting independence, choice and person-centred outcomes through individual support plans and goal-based approaches. Each person is supported to rebuild skills, confidence and independence at their own pace through tailored support.
About You
You are an experienced Registered Manager who can confidently take ownership of a service and lead teams to deliver high-quality care.
You will have:
· Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager
· NVQ or QCF Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards
· Experience managing budgets and operational performance
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be:
· Holding full CQC registration and accountability for the service
· Overseeing care planning, assessments and support delivery
· Managing quality, compliance and audits
· Leading safeguarding and incident management
· Overseeing staffing, recruitment and workforce compliance
· Managing budgets, finance processes and resources
· Building relationships with families, professionals and commissioners
· Participating in on-call arrangements
· Driving continuous improvement and service development

Experience:
- CQC Registered Manager: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ or QCF Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
