About the role:
We are a family-run lawn care business looking for an experienced Lawn Care Operative to join our growing team covering Newmarket, Cambridge and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you will visit customers’ gardens, apply seasonal lawn treatments, spot issues early, and give friendly, practical advice. You will be the face of the business, so professionalism and good people skills are essential. This role can be physically demanding and involves handling of machinery. Ideally, you will be used to working outdoors in all seasons.
Previous lawn care experience is preferred — full training is also provided, including two weeks working alongside our experienced team.

What we are looking for:
· Full UK driving licence (max 3 points due to insurance)
· Willing to pass a basic DBS check
· Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
· Friendly, reliable, and professional with customers
· Physically fit and happy with hands-on work
· Previous lawn care experience preferred
Desirable:
· PA1 / PA6 spray licence
· Previous lawn care experience
· Previous customer-facing or sales experience
