Job Overview
We have an opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our established and dynamic team based in Penrith, working across residential and commercial projects in and around Cumbria.
The Project Quantity Surveyor is competent in delivering projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. You will also be supported by junior members within the Quantity Surveying team.
This is a great opportunity for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor who’s eager for rapid career progression to a senior role.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of Quantity Surveying experience
- Residential and Commercial experience
- Pre and post contract experience
- Driving licence
- A degree in Quantity Surveying is desired, but not essential
