Duties

- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Verify guest age using proper serving procedures and handle transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Restock bar supplies regularly to keep the bar fully equipped for busy periods
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for everyone
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and support overall venue operations
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, especially in bar service or serving roles
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service protocols
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and change calculations
