Role Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery of Adferiad’s Mental Health Support Services across Cwm Taf Morgannwg and the potential of wider. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, developing new opportunities in line with community needs and promoting the visibility and impact of Adferiad’s work within the region.
