Are you naturally playful, warm and caring? Do you enjoy getting involved in stories, singing, messy play and children’s wonderful imaginations?
LBA Coventry Nursery is looking for a Nursery Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive team while completing a recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship.
No previous nursery qualification is required. We are interested in finding the right person with the right attitude.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is naturally playful, fun and creative.
- Communicates clearly, confidently and professionally.
- Is warm, caring, patient and kind.
- Enjoys joining in with children’s play and learning.
- Is reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Remains calm and positive during busy moments.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Uses initiative but knows when to ask for help.
- Understands the importance of professional boundaries.
- Is enthusiastic about learning and completing their qualification.
- Has a positive attitude and a good sense of humour.
You will receive paid apprenticeship training, mentoring and support from our experienced nursery team.
