Job Opportunity: Part-Time/Event Bar Staff (30 Hours/Week)
We are seeking enthusiastic Part-Time/Event Bar Staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences during our vibrant music events. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about outstanding service, and hold a Personal License.
Criteria:
- Valid Personal Licence (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills; GCSE qualifications in English and Maths preferred.
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
Job Type:
- Part-Time, Event-Based (30 hours per week).
- Flexible hours based on event schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open the bar, including setting up equipment and ensuring stock is ready for service.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Greet and serve customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
- Provide quick and accurate service behind the bar during events.
- Change kegs, receive deliveries, and restock the bar as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout shifts.
- Assist with setup and preparation for large music events.
- Report any equipment damages or issues promptly.
- Close the bar, including cashing up, reconciling tills, and securing the premises.

Pay: £12.71-£13.90 per hour
Experience:
- Bartending: 2 years (required)
