Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Assist with seating bookings and arrangements.
- Provide menus, explain dishes, and answer any questions guests may have about the menu.
- Ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied with their dining experience.
- Take orders, input them into the system, and comfortably relay amongst the team.
- Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and accurately.
- Handle payments and ensure the smooth operation of the front-of-house.
- Cleaning and maintaining the dining area.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Brazilian culture and cuisine is a plus, but not essential.
- Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
