You’ll collaborate with experienced Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Commercial teams to create seamless customer experiences that millions of sports fans enjoy every day.
What You’ll Do*
As part of the Graduate Program, you’ll help shape the future of our Sportsbook product. Depending on your assignments, you’ll:
- Help define and improve features across the sports betting experience, from discovering events to placing bets.
- Analyse customer behaviour, product performance and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Trading and Commercial teams to prioritise product initiatives and deliver customer value.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and support the delivery of new features.
- Contribute to product decisions by balancing customer experience, commercial impact and technical feasibility.
- Learn how product teams use experimentation, data and user insights to continuously improve digital experiences.
What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or another analytical discipline.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems using data and logical reasoning.
- Genuine curiosity about how digital products are built, improved and scaled.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- A structured approach to prioritisation, decision-making and problem solving.
- A passion for sport and a desire to create exceptional customer experiences.
- High ownership, intellectual curiosity and the ambition to grow into a Product Manager.
