We're looking for a Client Services Associate to join our BrandVerity team and help deliver the recurring managed services we provide to our customers.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of a portfolio of client services, working with data, following client-specific compliance processes, and coordinating with Customer Success and other internal teams to make sure work is completed accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, organization, and ownership matter. You'll work across a variety of client workflows, from reviewing and analyzing compliance data to conducting outreach, updating commission rates, and preparing reports. You'll also have the opportunity to identify ways we can make our processes more efficient, help build and document new workflows, and provide feedback that improves our products and services.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day execution of recurring managed services for your assigned clients.
- Review, organize, and analyze data to identify compliance issues and determine the appropriate next steps.
- Complete client-specific workflows, which may include sending violation communications, reviewing responses, updating commission rates, tracking remediation, and preparing reports.
- Ensure client deliverables are completed accurately, consistently, and on schedule.
- Maintain clear records of completed work, outstanding items, and client-specific requirements.
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to understand each client's priorities, requirements, and compliance policies.
- Communicate with clients, affiliates, partners, and internal teams when required as part of service delivery.
- Escalate questions or unusual situations appropriately while taking ownership of driving work toward resolution.
- Collaborate with other Client Services team members to balance priorities and maintain consistent service coverage.
- Identify opportunities to make recurring workflows more efficient, accurate, and scalable.
- Help develop and implement new processes as client needs and services evolve.
- Create and maintain process documentation, step-by-step guides, training materials, and other resources that make new workflows easy for others to learn and execute consistently.
- Keep existing documentation up to date as processes, tools, and client requirements change.
- Surface recurring issues, product limitations, and opportunities to Product and Engineering teams based on your day-to-day experience using BrandVerity's platforms.
- Look for ways to reduce unnecessary manual work while maintaining the quality and accuracy of our services.
- Strong attention to detail: you'll regularly work with client data and compliance decisions where accuracy matters.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills: you'll be managing multiple clients, recurring workflows, and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong ownership and reliability: you're comfortable taking responsibility for your work and making sure tasks are completed from start to finish.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills: you can communicate effectively with teammates, clients, and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills: you're able to work through unfamiliar situations, investigate issues, and determine the appropriate next step.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and repeatable operational processes.
- Able to learn new software, workflows, and subject areas quickly.
- Able to clearly document a process so someone unfamiliar with it can understand and follow it.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with teammates across different functions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience in client services, customer operations, compliance, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience working regularly in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience or familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM), paid search, or search engine advertising.
- Experience reviewing or analyzing large sets of data.
- Experience working within established operational or quality-control processes.
- Experience creating SOPs, process guides, training materials, or internal documentation.
- Experience communicating directly with customers or external partners.
- An interest in identifying opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive work.
- You're detail-oriented and notice when something doesn't look right rather than simply moving on to the next task.
- You're organized and comfortable juggling several different clients, priorities, and deadlines without losing track of the details.
- You take ownership of your work and don't need someone checking in at every step to make sure things get done.
- You're comfortable working within established processes, but you'll speak up when you see a better way to do something.
- You're curious and willing to investigate when the answer isn't immediately obvious.
- You communicate clearly and know when to solve something independently versus when to ask for help or escalate.
- You enjoy turning complicated or manual workflows into organized, repeatable processes and documenting them so the rest of the team can execute them consistently.
- Autonomously drive outcomes: we're looking for people who demonstrate initiative, follow through on their responsibilities, and look for what needs to happen next rather than waiting to be told.
- 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays
- Enhanced parental leave (Partnerize Parents) 6 months full pay, 6 months half pay and 5 extra 'Partnerize Parental Days' each year
- Regular company events and activities
- Enhanced pension contributions
- Cycle to Work scheme
- Eye Care Vouchers
- Private Medical Insurance through Bupa
- Life Assurance
- Enhanced Wellness Program including access to EAP, Wellness Coaching & Wellness Programs
