We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing financial management, accounting processes, and financial planning to ensure the company's fiscal health. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a passion for financial services, and a commitment to cost control and accuracy.
Duties
- Manage overall financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee financial accounting functions such as ledger management, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Supervise accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Develop and implement effective cost control strategies to optimize expenses across departments.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, statements, and audits with transparency and precision.
- Provide leadership to the finance team by mentoring staff, fostering professional growth, and promoting best practices in financial services.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational objectives.
Requirements

- Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Pay: £50,000 per year pro rata (12 hours per week).
Pay: £25.00 per hour
