Overview
We are looking for a reliable, organised and motivated Property Administration & Compliance Coordinator to join our busy property management office.
Strong written and spoken English is essential for this role.
This is a varied role involving property administration, compliance, licensing, supplier management and day-to-day office support. Property experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Utility account administration and supplier liaison
- Council tax administration and applications
- Preparing and managing HMO licence and local authority applications
- Maintaining compliance records and certificates
- Assisting with tenant sign-ups and tenancy administration
- Liaising with councils, suppliers, landlords and tenants
- General office administration and support
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Professional and reliable approach to work
- Confident communicating by email and telephone
- Ability to work effectively in a busy office environment
