Duties

- Assist with reservation bookings, modifications, and cancellations using hotel management software
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest stays
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly
- Maintain the front desk area in a tidy, organized manner while adhering to safety protocols
Skills
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service best practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
