The Beaumont Hotel is looking for a reliable and customer focused Night Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of the hotel during the night.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome late arriving guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the night.
- Carry out security patrols and ensure the safety of guests and the hotel.
- Complete overnight cleaning duties and prepare the breakfast area for the morning team.
- Serve drinks in line with licensing regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and report maintenance or health & safety issues.
- Maintain accurate records and provide a clear handover to the morning team.
What we're looking for:
- Friendly and professional with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
- Calm under pressure with good attention to detail.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
