Duties
- Manage sales data and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales transactions and inventory
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales or administrative experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
