Training & Development
We are happy to provide training and support for suitable new mixer and tipper drivers who have the required HGV licence but limited experience in these vehicles. Training will include practical instruction and guidance to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to operate safely and professionally.
Telehandler and 360 excavator qualifications are desirable but not essential.
If you don’t currently hold telehandler or 360 excavator qualifications, Richard Carter Ready Mix will provide and pay for the required training, subject to an agreement that you remain employed with the company for up to two years.
This provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and gain additional plant qualifications alongside their HGV licence.
