Contract Type: Permanent, Full time, 37 Hours Per Week, 7 day rota including on-call

We have an opportunity for you. The HEART Manager is vital in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the HEART Telecare Service. It includes line managing frontline staff and contributing to moving the service forwards. We seek an experienced people manager with excellent communication, organisation and staff management skills. You will have experience in shaping change, leading by example and hold an understanding of business continuity planning and risk assessment.
You will be on a rota pattern which will include a mixture of 7 day working (Days/Afters/Nights) and the expectation of being involved in the on-call rota.
