Salaried Partner - Private Client Law

A well-established and highly regarded, L500 ranked, Thames Valley law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its Maidenhead office as a Salaried Partner.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior private client lawyer looking to take on a leadership role within a respected practice that combines high-quality work, a collaborative culture and genuine flexibility.
No following is needed for this role!
The Role
You will manage a broad range of private client matters, advising high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners on:
- Wills and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Inheritance Tax and succession planning
- Court of Protection matters
- Lifetime wealth preservation strategies
Alongside running your own caseload, you will play an active role in the continued growth of the department, mentoring junior lawyers and developing relationships with professional referrers and existing clients.
About You
The successful candidate is likely to possess:
- 7+ years' PQE in Private Client law
- Strong technical expertise across the full spectrum of private client work
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients
- A proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- STEP qualification (preferred but not essential)
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to client service
