Ali's Academy is expanding and is currently recruiting Weekend Centre Managers to support the launch of our new learning centres opening from September 2026.
We are currently seeking Centre Managers for our Hounslow, Southall, and Oxford locations.

About Ali's Academy
Ali's Academy provides structured tuition programmes for students preparing for 11 Plus, SATs, GCSE, and A Level examinations. Our centres are built around high academic standards, excellent organisation, and outstanding customer service for both students and parents.
As a Centre Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring every weekend session runs efficiently while creating a welcoming and professional environment for families, tutors, and students.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day running of the learning centre during weekend sessions
- Open and prepare the venue before classes begin and ensure the premises are secured at the end of the day
- Welcome parents and students and provide assistance throughout the session
- Coordinate with tutors to ensure lessons begin on time and run smoothly
- Monitor attendance, registers, and centre administration
- Ensure classrooms remain organised and operational throughout the day
- Report any safeguarding, operational, or maintenance concerns to Head Office
- Maintain a professional, safe, and positive learning environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who:
- Are highly organised and dependable
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can confidently manage a busy educational environment
- Are comfortable using Google Workspace, email, and basic digital systems
- Can work independently while following established procedures
Experience within education, administration, customer service, or management is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided before the centre opens.
