The Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Breakfast Club, Lunchtime & After School Club Leader to join our team at a primary school in Romford.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who enjoys working with children and creating positive, engaging experiences throughout the school day. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality activities during breakfast club, lunchtime, and after-school sessions, helping children develop confidence, teamwork skills and a love for being active.
Please only apply if you are able to commute to Romford and are available to work Monday-Friday.
The successful candidate will be required to arrive at school by 7:45am for Breakfast Club. The role will then continue throughout the school day, leading lunchtime activities and finishing with the After School Club from 3:15pm - 5:45pm.

We are looking for a confident, adaptable and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in supporting children and working within an education environment.
Perhaps you are a sports coach, youth worker, teaching assistant or someone looking to develop your experience in schools. This role provides an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in a rewarding position where you can make a real difference to children's daily experiences.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop their skills, build strong relationships with children and contribute to creating a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is ideal but not essential.
Relevant experience supporting children, including youth workers, support workers, tutors or teaching assistants, will be considered.
Experience delivering engaging sports, creative or activity-based sessions is preferred.

Leading and supervising activities during breakfast club, lunchtime and after-school sessions.
Creating fun, engaging and inclusive activities that encourage children to participate and build confidence.
Supporting children's social development through teamwork, games and structured activities.
Providing a safe, welcoming and positive environment for all children.
Encouraging children to lead healthy, active and positive lifestyles.
Building strong relationships with pupils, school staff and parents.
Acting as a role model who inspires and empowers children through positive behaviour and enthusiasm.
Delivering sessions that align with company standards, values and expectations.
This role is pivotal to the success of the company, as you will help deliver outstanding childcare experiences while representing the company and its values within our partner school.
