We are looking for a friendly and proactive Food and Service Assistant to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our service, ensuring guests enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere and receive top-notch food and beverage service. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with your attention to detail, will help create memorable experiences for our visitors. Whether assisting with food preparation or serving guests, you’ll play an essential part in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.
Duties
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation quality.
- Assist in food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations and maintain smooth service flow
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all meals are prepared and served hygienically.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent hospitality and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
Skills
- Experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling practices.
- Previous restaurant or barista experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food prep and beverage service.
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A genuine interest in food service, with eagerness to learn new skills and techniques.
- Team-oriented mindset focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
