The Urology Receptionist is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional front-line service to patients, visitors and healthcare professionals. The role involves managing appointments, handling enquiries, maintaining patient records and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the Urology Department while delivering excellent customer service and patient care.
Greet and assist patients and visitors.
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations and clinic schedules.
Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally.
Register patients and maintain accurate records.
Support the smooth running of urology clinics.
Liaise with clinicians and other departments.
Handle confidential information in line with data protection requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service and patient care at all times.
