Ciscoe's Pan-Asian is an independent, family-run restaurant based on Ber Street, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Chef to join our small, friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their culinary career who is eager to learn and develop a wide range of skills in Pan-Asian cuisine.
You'll begin by learning the fundamentals of our kitchen, including:
- Frying and hot section preparation
- Teppanyaki cooking techniques
- Kitchen organisation and food preparation
As your skills and confidence grow, you'll have the opportunity to progress into one of the most exciting parts of our kitchen - sushi preparation and making.
We're looking for someone who:

Working hours
Our restaurant is open Thursday through Monday, so flexibility to work during these days is essential.
