‘O ver means “Truth” in Neapolitan, and that’s exactly what we serve: honest, authentic Italian food made fresh every day. Our menu has a strong Neapolitan soul and features unique touches like Pure Sea Water, used in our pizzas, breads, and seafood to make them lighter and easier to digest. We source directly from small Italian producers and trusted local suppliers. From wood-fired pizzas and pasta from Gragnano to fresh fish and British meats, every dish is handmade with passion, simplicity, and respect for tradition.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a welcoming and service-minded Host/Hostess to be the first smile our guests see and the last goodbye they remember. You will set the tone for the guest experience, managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, and supporting the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and memorable service.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ A genuine passion for hospitality and Italian food culture
✅ Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a guest-facing role (restaurant)
✅ Warm, professional, and confident communication skills
✅ Organised and detail-oriented with a calm, positive attitude
✅ Comfortable using reservation platforms (OpenTable experience a plus)
✅ Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
✅ Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages a plus)

- Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and guest flow efficiently
- Maintain clear communication between the floor and kitchen teams
- Support colleagues during busy service to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback with care
