The Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor to oversee all night shift operations. The successful candidate will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate inbound and outbound movements, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure the highest levels of safety and performance across the operation.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise the warehouse night shift team to achieve operational targets.
· Ensure all goods are received, checked, and dispatched accurately and on schedule.
· Enforce Health & Safety, security, and housekeeping standards at all times.
- Ensure Security procedures are adheared to
· Liaise with the Transport and Operations teams to ensure seamless overnight operations.
· Monitor stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies promptly.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and performance.
· Conduct shift handovers and communicate effectively with day management.
Requirements
· Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or supervisory role, preferably within airfreight industry.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
· Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
· Knowledge of warehouse systems, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Reliable, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
