We’re looking for a confident and personable Restaurant & Bar Team Member to join the Bryn Williams restaurant and catering team at Theatr Clwyd.
Now firmly established and six months into service, the restaurant sits at the heart of the theatre experience - from pre-show dining and interval drinks to catering across meeting and events spaces. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working across different areas and being part of a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The role includes evening and weekend shifts in line with theatre performances and events.

Your Role
You’ll work across all front of house areas, supporting a seamless guest experience throughout service:
Deliver warm, attentive service on the restaurant floor
Support the restaurant pass during busy service periods
Work across both the restaurant and showtime bars
Work restaurant sections across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails and barista-style coffee
Maintain clean, organised, and well-presented service areas
Follow daily and weekly cleaning procedures
Work closely with the kitchen and wider team to maintain smooth service flow
Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a hospitality or front of house role
Confidence working across multiple service areas
A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in food, drink, and guest experience
A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: £25,114.96 per year
