Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Admin/Receptionist to join our team. This role involves providing excellent administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in various computer applications, and have prior experience in administrative or clerical roles. Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Managing appointment schedules and maintaining accurate records of completed and in progress jobs.
- Ensuring that supplies and stock levels are up to date And order when necessary.
- Handling data entry tasks efficiently using relevant software programmes
- Assisting with correspondence, emails, and other administrative communications
- Organising files, documents, and office supplies to ensure a tidy workspace
- Marketing and PR duties will be involved.
- Utilising Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks such as invoicing clients.
- Supporting the team with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Taking card payments
- Ensuring adherence to office procedures and confidentiality standards
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Fast and accurate typing skills for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated clerical experience supporting busy office environments
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software systems and procedures
